Canada’s Pacific Lottery Corporation (PLC) has warned that the company’s planned launch of a new mobile phone lottery service in Vietnam has been placed in doubt after the Government of Vietnam requested additional clarification on the proposed technology to be used.
PLC said that the Government of Vietnam had asked the company to provide “certain technical parameters” of the proposed technology prior to implementation.
