Having seen its online revenues more than double through the relationship with online platform provider Playtech, UK bookmaker William Hill plc took steps Tuesday to secure that relationship with an interim injunction against the company.
William Hill said the interim injunction is to ensure that its legal rights under the William Hill Online (WHO) joint venture agreements are maintained and follow efforts by Playtech to seek “possible significant amendments” to the agreements.
