Kindred Group names Johan Wilsby as new CFO

Stockholm-listed gaming operator Kindred Group has named Johan Wilsby as its new group chief financial officer.

Wilsby will join Kindred from Swedish technology company Tobii and assumes his new role in the fourth quarter.

“I am delighted and pleased to welcome Johan to the Kindred team,” said Kindred Group chief executive Henrik Tjärnström. “In addition to Johan’s capability in finance, his extensive experience from the digital industry will ensure he can engage in our operations from the start and be an important part of the management of the company.”

Wilsby replaces CFO Albin de Beauregard, who stepped down in February to join Aristocrat Leisure subsidiary Aristocrat Digital in the same role, with former Kindred chief financial officer Graham Stretch stepping in to assume his duties in the meantime.

Commenting on his appointment, Wilsby said: “I really look forward to joining Kindred’s management team and to lead the finance organisation, and thereby contributing to the company’s future success in a dynamic market.”

Shares in Kindred Group plc. (STO:KIND-SDB) closed 2.14 per cent lower at SEK38.36 per share in Stockholm Thursday.
