Rhode Island’s sports handle dropped by 10 per cent to $38.8 million in February, caused by a fall in retail betting at the state’s casinos.
Online sports betting increased by 7 per cent to $30.4 million in the month, but retail betting was down by 43 per cent to $8.4 million.
The overall win margin was 7.5 per cent in February and Rhode Island’s gross win was down by 20 per cent to $2.9 million.
