American broadcasting company FOX Corp. has successfully challenged its inclusion in the FTSE Russell Gambling Business Activity Exclusion List.
The company was added to the list earlier this year following its equity investment in Toronto-listed The Stars Group, its partner in the US-facing FOX Bet wagering business.
