A Madrid commercial court has issued an injunction against Sportingbet’s Miapuesta.com and Miapuesta.es websites following action taken by Spanish gaming operator Codere who argued that the sites were “anti-competitive”.
Codere said the injunction would ensure that the portals would not be available from Spain until the pending law suit is settled or the injunctions lifted.
