Caesars Entertainment has appointed a new management team to head up its subsidiary Caesars Entertainment Operating Company (CEOC) ahead of a proposed stock listing.
Caesars veteran John Payne assumes the role of chief executive after nearly 19 years with the business, during which time he has served as president of Central Markets & Partnership Development, president of Enterprise Shared Services, Central Division president, and as general manager of several properties including Harrah's New Orleans.
