New York-listed Wynn Resorts has strengthened its investor relations team with appointment of two new members.
Price Karr, who currently serves as Wynn’s SVP of corporate finance and treasurer, will take on the additional role of SVP of the investor relations team.
Karr first joined the company in 2008 as a staff planning project manager before being made travel industry sales manager in April 2010. He left the operator in June 2013 for roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs before returning to Wynn in March 2023.
Wynn has also appointed Lauren Seiler as VP of investor relations, reporting directly to Karr.
Seiler has extensive industry experience, having previously headed up the investor relations and development team at Rush Street Interactive. She has also held senior roles at Union Gaming and Global Gaming Advisors.
The pair will oversee all aspects of Wynn Resorts’ investor relations strategy and work closely with the investment community as the operator continues its key growth initiatives to create long-term shareholder value.
“I am pleased that Price is taking on this important additional responsibility and we welcome Lauren to bolster our investor relations program,” said Wynn Resorts CFO Julie Cameron-Doe.
“Price has consistently proven himself to be adept at communicating Wynn Resorts’ strategy and compelling opportunities to our investor base. Lauren will be an excellent complement to Price, bringing deep industry knowledge, fresh perspectives and a track record of enhancing relationships with the investment community through clear, consistent and transparent communications.”
Shares in Wynn Resorts Ltd. (NASDAQ:WYNN) closed 1.83 per cent lower at $93.47 per share in New York Thursday.
