Aristocrat Interactive has named former evoke executive Nir Hakarmeli as managing director of its iGaming & Sports division to replace Dima Reiderman.

In his new role, Hakarmeli will focus on expanding the company’s portfolio with complementary products and content for land-based and online operators in major regulated markets.

Hakarmeli brings a wealth of industry experience to Aristocrat, having most recently served as international managing director for evoke, where he was responsible for defining and executing a multi-brand strategy across all international markets. Prior to that, he was gaming director at William Hill, and also had stints at Addison Global and Ladbrokes Coral.

He replaces Dima Reiderman, who announced he would be stepping down as MD of the iGaming & Sports division three months ago.

Shares in Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. (ASX:ALL) gained 0.67 per cent to close at AU$77.00 per share in Sydney earlier Friday.
