Greek lottery and gaming supplier INTRALOT has created a new organizational structure for the company which will centre around three principle divisions; Products & Services, Global Operations & Sales and Technology.

INTRALOT said that the new structure reflects the growing global footprint of the company, as well as the need to “better serve the customers and satisfy their fast evolving needs.” The changes also reflect attempts by the company to “optimize its operations, enhance the offering of top-quality and innovative products and services, and increase shareholder value.”

The company will be organized around three distinct divisions - Products & Services, Global Operations & Sales and Technology.

INTRALOT Group CEO Constantinos Antonopoulos said that the new organizational structure will see the company “leverage new opportunities and address the challenges that lie ahead in our sector, stemming from business, technological and regulatory changes.”

“The new structure fosters innovation in products and services to the benefit of our customers and stakeholders,” said Antonopoulos. “Moreover, the reinforced and improved organization of our global operations aims to maximize the return of our investments. I am confident that with the trust of our shareholders and the dedication of our employees, the company will achieve its new vision.”

The company also confirmed members of its Executive Committee, who will report directly to Antonopoulos.

“After many years of strong global growth, INTRALOT is now entering into a new era,” said INTRALOT Group chairman Socrates Kokkalis. “The realignment of the group will help the company to be better positioned in the gaming industry and offer maximum shared value for its customers and shareholders.”  

The new management Executive Committee comprises; Socrates Kokkalis as group deputy CEO; Ioannis Pantoleon as group chief operating officer for all global operations and sales; George Zenzefilis as group chief products & services officer; Konstantinos Farris as group chief technology officer; Athanasios Chronas as group chief legal & compliance counsel; Antonios Kerastaris as group chief financial officer; and Nikos Nikolakopoulos as president Latin America, Western Europe & Africa (reporting to Pantoleon).

INTRALOT will next week present its latest cutting-edge solutions at London’s ICE exhibition with a clear focus on mobile. The company will unveil a mobile lottery solution, sports mobile betting management system, and a new instants mobile games library of gaming content, together with the new release of its iGaming platform.

The company will also be showcasing its tailor-made solutions in live horse and greyhound racing, virtual racing and sports, pre-recorded racing and Racing Poker, its latest innovative game.

INTRALOT will display Live Racing based on premium horse and greyhound content that can be localized and delivered to any time zone for fixed-odds or pari-mutuel betting in the world’s largest pools.

Track-Bet, INTRALOT’s pre-recorded racing game, is based on thousands of fully licensed horse or greyhounds races held in the past, utilizes a certified game engine and features a wide choice of bet types to become a great revenue generator for any licensed betting operation.

Finally, INTRALOT will introduce Racing Poker, a unique game that combines the fast-paced excitement of racing with poker-like social gaming and creates a fast multiplayer game for internet and mobile operations.
