Len Ainsworth has stepped down as chairman of Australia's Ainsworth Game Technology (AGT), as the company begins life under new majority stakeholder Novomatic.
He is replaced by Graeme Campbell, an experienced hospitality and liquor executive with a particular focus on hotels and gaming clubs.
Campbell has served on the board of AGT as an independent non-executive director since 2007 and is described as "a proven and capable director" by the company. Len Ainsworth will continue to serve as an executive director.
