US iLottery provider NeoPollard Interactive (NPI) has brought in long-serving Michigan Lottery Commissioner Scott Bowen to head up its business development team.
As Commissioner, Bowen was responsible for developing the most interactive lottery in the US, where he oversaw the introduction of the Michigan Lottery's NeoPollard-powered online platform in 2014.
