London-listed financial derivatives dealer CMC Markets has made two internal promotions as part of a reorganisation of its executive management team.
Following a review of the roles and responsibilities of its executive directors, current finance chief and head of risk Grant Foley has been named chief operating and financial officer, while former group trading director David Fineberg assumes the role of group commercial director.
