London-listed online bingo and casino operator Jackpotjoy is searching for a new independent director after Jörgen Nordlund stepped down from the company's board.
Norlund has resigned from the board just a year after his appointment, with all other directorships and consultancy agreements with the operator also terminated.
Norlund co-founded Nordic-facing mobile operator Vera&John, which was acquired by Jackpotjoy – then Intertain Group – for an initial €81m in 2014.
