Sportradar strengthens integrity services team in Brazil

Sportradar has expanded its integrity services team in Latin America with the appointment of Felippe Marchetti as integrity partnerships manager in Brazil.

Leading the strategic development of Sportradar’s Integrity Services division in the country, Marchetti will work closely with the company’s Brazil-based integrity analysts to increase the company's partnerships in the market.

He will also oversee Sportradar’s existing integrity relationships with the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL), as well as other clients in the region.

“As the sports betting market regulates in Brazil, the need for robust and resilient integrity services has never been greater,” said Sportradar executive vice president of integrity, rights protection and regulatory services Andreas Krannich. “I’m excited to have Felippe join our team to oversee our work in Brazil and lead our efforts to safeguard the integrity of competitions in this growing market.”

Prior to joining Sportradar, Marchetti served as researcher for the Brazilian Ministry of Sport and as an independent sports integrity consultant for the LatAm sports industry.

Shares in Sportradar Group AG (NASDAQ:SRAD) closed 1.73 per cent lower at $10.22 per share in New York Friday.
