Austrian gaming giant Novomatic has appointed Stefan Krenn as a new member of its Executive Board.

Krenn has been at Novomatic since 2015 in various roles including secretary general and global division manager, and most recently served as the company’s authorised representative.

He is also managing director and member of the Supervisory Board of various subsidiaries of the group.

Krenn will form part of Novomatic’s three-person Executive Board, alongside Ryszard Presch and Johannes Gratzl.

“We are delighted to have been able to bring on board Stefan Krenn, an experienced manager and a proven expert from our own ranks as the new member of our Executive Board,” said Novomatic chairman Bernd Oswald. “Stefan Krenn has played a significant role in helping to shape the strategic development of this group in recent years, and has made an important contribution to the company’s success.
