Entain adds Ron Kramer to Board

London-listed betting and gaming operator Entain has appointed Ronald J. Kramer as an independent non-executive director.

Kramer is the chairman and chief executive officer of New York-listed Griffon Corp., a diversified management and holding company specialising in home and building products. 

He also served as president and director of Wynn Resorts from 2002 to 2008, and joins the board of directors of Entain with immediate effect.

“I am delighted to announce the appointment of Ron to the Board,” said Entain chairman Barry Gibson. “He is a high calibre individual with deep knowledge and expertise of the US gaming industry.  

“I am confident that his appointment will add significant value to the Board and complement our existing Board dynamics, as we continue to deliver our strategy of growth and focus on shareholder value.” 

Shares in Entain plc. (LSE:ENT) were trading marginally lower at 761.80 pence per share in London Wednesday morning.
