Raketech proposes adding Jon Moss as Board member

Stockholm-listed betting and gaming affiliate Raketech has proposed the appointment of former bet365 executive Jon Moss as a new member of its Board of Directors.

The Nomination Committee proposes that Moss be appointed as a new Board member at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 16 May.

Moss served over a decade as head of international development at bet365 and has spent several years as an independent consultant working across various regions, including Europe, North America, Australasia, certain markets in Asia, and most recently Latin America.

“The Nomination Committee is confident that Jon Moss would further strengthen the Board of Directors as his iGaming expertise and thorough international experience would be valuable when executing Raketech’s growth initiatives,” said the Committee.

The Nomination Committee also proposes the re-election of all the current Board members, including Ulrik Bengtsson as chairman.

Alongside Bengtsson, the current Board is comprised of Clare Boynton, Erik Skarp, Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker.

Shares in Raketech Group Holding plc (STO:RAKE) were trading 0.97 per cent lower at SEK14.32 per share in Stockholm Monday morning.
