Catena Media names Michael Gerrow as CFO

Catena Media has expanded its executive management team with the appointment of Michael Gerrow as group chief financial officer (CFO).

Gerrow begins his new role on 15 April and succeeds Erik Edeen, who has been serving as interim group CFO since May 2023 following the departure of Peter Messner.

Gerrow has been with the company for four years, having joined Catena Media’s Malta-based operations in April 2020. He most recently served as vice president of finance, leading the company’s financial planning and analysis function in Miami.

Edeen will continue to support the company in a strategic advisory role.

Shares in Catena Media plc (STO:CTM) were trading 2.22 per cent higher at SEK11.04 per share in Stockholm Monday morning.
