The Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) has approved PENN Entertainment’s proposal for the relocation of its Hollywood casinos in Aurora and Joliet.
PENN Entertainment’s plan for the Hollywood Casino Aurora is to replace the current riverboat venue with a land-based casino and hotel situated off Interstate 88 and near the Simon Premium Outlet Mall.
