Malta-based CRM solutions provider Fast Track has agreed a new partnership to enhance the player engagement experience for Brazilian operator 4Play.
The deal will see Fast Track’s CRM system integrated into 4Play’s platform with the aim of bolstering player retention and streamlining operations through advanced automation.
By automating player communications and the registration process, 4Play aims to significantly increase the number of depositors, while maintaining a high level of engagement among its 148,000 monthly active users.
