Australian gaming supplier Aristocrat has protected the intellectual property of its subsidiary Video Gaming Technologies after confirming the settlement of its lawsuit against Castle Hill Gaming.
The case was filed in 2017 and concerned alleged infringements of certain Video Gaming Technologies (VGT) trademarks, trade dress and trade secrets.
