New York-listed lottery and gaming supplier Scientific Games has announced plans to offer $1.2bn of senior unsecured notes due in 2028 and 2029.
The net proceeds of the proposed private offering by Scientific Games subsidiary Scientific Games International (SGI) will go towards redeeming all $1.2bn of SGI's outstanding 10.00 per cent senior unsecured notes due 2022, and all $244.0m of SGI's outstanding 6.25 per cent senior subordinated notes due 2020, alongside accrued and unpaid interest, fees [...]
