Australian betting and gaming operator Tabcorp has appointed Anne Brennan as a non-executive member of the board of directors.
Brennan will be formally appointed as a director following receipt of necessary regulatory and ministerial approvals. In the meantime, she will act as an observer on the board from 3 February.
