Kentucky Representative Adam Koenig is back with legislation which aims to legalise and regulate sports betting, fantasy contests and online poker.
Koenig’s pre-filed bill would allow sports betting at licensed tracks and professional sports venues, as well as over the internet, by players over the age of 18, with the Kentucky Racing Commission acting as regulator.
