US racing and gaming operator Penn National Gaming has received final licensing approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) for its proposed Hollywood Casino York.
Work will now begin on the new $120m development at the York Galleria Mall in Springettsbury Township, Pennsylvania, after Penn National obtained a Category 4 license from the PGCB on Thursday.
