GI Games Round-up: Microgaming, Greentube, Evolution and more

This week sees new games released by the likes of Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Greentube, Blueprint Gaming, Evolution Gaming, Stakelogic, Booming Games, Red Rake Gaming, Evoplay Entertainment and Scientific Games.

Microgaming’s Wheel of Wishes

Microgaming has released the first slot from Alchemy Gaming, which features the newly revamped progressive jackpot WowPot.

Wheel of Wishes is a five-reel, ten-payline slot set in the Arabian Desert, where genie lamps and other mystical symbols guide players towards a cave of riches.

Stacked wilds race along the reels as players search for two or more wheel scatter symbols to unlock the coveted Power Spin, which transforms reels one and five into identical high-paying stacked symbols. A single giant symbol then forms across the centre reels, giving players the chance to land a full matching reel-set with huge win potential.

Pragmatic Play's Release the Kraken

Pragmatic Play has launched a new feature-filled slot, Release the Kraken.

The 4x5 title is set in the depths of the ocean where players are pitted in a battle against the horrifying creature of the deep, the Kraken.

The Sunken Treasure Bonus will trigger a sum of multipliers, while the Roaming Kraken Free Spins brings up 10 items among which free spins are hidden.

Blueprint Gaming has launched a new revamped version of its Viz-branded slot game with leading operator Paddy Power Betfair.

Based on the popular adult comic magazine, which celebrates its 40^th anniversary this year, the revamped version of the game includes iconic characters Roger Mellie and Johnny Fartpants and features the supplier’s Jackpot King Deluxe system.

In the 5x3 20-line slot, three Showtime Bonus symbols gain entry to the Big Deal round where players eliminate TVs for a free spins offer worth up to 50 spins.

Paddy Power Betfair is the first to go live with the newly enhanced slot, which will soon be made available across the supplier’s network.

Evolution Gaming’s Lightning Baccarat

Evolution Gaming has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Lightning Baccarat.

The Lightning Baccarat game combines live play with high-payout RNG multipliers. As in standard live baccarat, players try to predict whose hand, player or banker, will win by having the value closest to 9.

Unlike traditional baccarat, however, after betting time has expired a Lightning Round begins and a lightning effect strikes between one and five random Lightning Cards. Each of these cards is instantly given a random multiplier.
