European lottery and gaming operator SAZKA Group has reported a 6 per cent increase in gross gaming revenue (GGR) to €1.91bn for 2019, with net profit for the year climbing 35 per cent to €311m.
The company benefited from growth across all major business segments, with the biggest growth recorded by the Czech lottery business Sazka, which saw GGR increase 14 per cent to €286m, driven by growth in digital games and instant lotteries.
