China LotSynergy Holdings has signed a cooperation agreement with state-owned telecommunications company China Mobile Communications Corporation to provide operations to support the mobile payment-based lottery platform of China Mobile.
The deal was signed between China LotSynergy’s subsidiary, Beijing Huacai Yingtong Technology Company, and China Mobile E-commerce, a subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Corporation.
