Gordon Medenica, former director of the New York Lottery and president of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries, has taken over as the new chief of the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
Medenica takes over as director of the lottery from Stephen Martino, who left the role to join law firm Duane Morris. The appointment was confirmed last week by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan.
