New York-listed gaming and lottery supplier International Game Technology (IGT) has formed a joint venture with China's Telling Telecommunication.
Telling will hold a 51 per cent stake in the Chinese joint venture, which aims to provide innovative lottery products to the regulated Chinese lottery market.
The new business is expected to be operational in the third quarter of this year, subject to applicable Chinese regulatory and licensing approvals.
