New York-listed International Game Technology (IGT) has launched its PlaySpot mobile platform with the Rhode Island Lottery, allowing players to purchase tickets via their mobile device, but only within a licensed retail lottery location.
The launch follows a successful nine-month pilot test that included several retail locations throughout Rhode Island.
