Hawaii Senator Gil Keith-Agaran has introduced legislation to establish a state lottery that would also offer online gaming to players over the age of 18.
The bill’s introduction follows an unsuccessful attempt last year to establish a state lottery in Hawaii, one of only five US states without one.
