Online betting operator Betr has secured market access in Indiana through an equity-based deal that makes the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians one of the company’s largest shareholders.
The agreement with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians’ gaming enterprise, EBCI Holdings, will enable Betr to enter Indiana’s regulated sports betting market in the coming months via Caesars Southern Indiana, subject to licensure.
