Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has announced his plans to launch retail and online sports betting in the state.
The Governor’s plan would protect tribal investments in brick-and-mortar facilities by allowing Oklahomans to place in-person bets at retail venues operated by federally recognized tribes.
The plan would also allow Oklahomans to place bets on their mobile devices via sportsbooks licensed by the state.
