Paf boosts customer engagement capabilities with Kambi’s Shape Games

19th September 2024 10:50 am GMT

Kambi-owned platform and services provider Shape Games has agreed a new long-term partnership with Åland-based gaming operator Paf.

The deal will see Paf enhance its user interface through Shape’s full suite of UX development and player engagement services, delivered via the supplier’s sportsbook software development kit (SDK).

“We are delighted to have put pen to paper on this partnership with Paf, collaborating on compelling user journeys with one of Europe's leading operators via our next generation sportsbook SDK,” said Shape Games managing director Martin Mouroux Dam. “Paf was Kambi's first customer signing back in 2010, and it is a fantastic landmark for Shape Games to have deepened the Kambi Group's relationship with one of its most long-standing customers.”

Paf chief information officer Sara Björk-Södergård commented: “We are always looking for ways to enhance the products and services we offer to our customers. Partnering with Shape Games to boost our customer engagement capabilities with their fully-native front-end technology was a natural choice.

“We look forward to working closely with Shape Games as we deliver a top class betting experience for our customers.”

Paf becomes the latest Kambi partner to leverage Shape’s front-end technology and customer engagement suite, alongside the likes of BetCity, betJACK, BetWarrior and Svenska Spel.

Shares in Kambi Group plc (STO:KAMBI) were trading 0.78 per cent higher at SEK129.50 per share in Stockholm earlier Thursday.
