The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has reported total wagering of $133.8 million at this year’s Super Bowl across Nevada’s 186 sportsbooks.
Total wagers were 12 per cent lower than last year, as the Seattle Seahawks beat the New England Patriots by 29-13 in Super Bowl LX, which took place in Santa Clara, California.
The state’s 186 sportsbooks won $9.9 million on the game, down from $22.1 million a year ago, resulting in a hold percentage of 7.4 per cent (2024: 14.6 per cent).
Wagering on Super Bowl LX was the lowest since 2016 when $132.5 million was wagered, and far below the record wagers of $190.0 million set in 2024.
