Shares in Swedish sports betting solutions provider Betting Promotion soared by more than 14 per cent in Stockholm this morning after the company revealed that it has entered into negotiations to merge its operations with gaming technology provider Tain.
Tain is already the largest single shareholder in Nasdaq OMX-listed Betting Promotion, having acquired an 18 per cent stake in the company at the end of last year.
