Will they/won’t they buy Full Tilt?

So Bernard Tapie has shown his hand. But, as discussed here almost three months ago, the US Department of Justice (DoJ) will have the ultimate say over the future of Full Tilt Poker.

The deal intrigues on so many levels. Given the lack of specifics on it thus far, we are forced to speculate to some degree but the track record of both Tilt and Tapie is informative.
