The Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) has confirmed that Blanca Games Inc, operator of the shut down U.S online poker sites Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet, is establishing a process to liquidate its assets and distribute proceeds to both U.S and non-U.S players.
