Gaming operator Fortuna unveils IPO as Barriere cancels

Fortuna Entertainment Group, one of the leading Central European retail and online betting and gaming operators, has confirmed its intention to float on the Warsaw and Prague stock exchanges as it seeks to carve a dominant position in the region and expand into new markets, at the same time as the planned IPO of French casino operator Groupe Lucien Barriere is cancelled due to a lack of investor interest.
