Following its management buyout earlier this year, independent player protection organisation eCOGRA has restructured and streamlined its board to reflect the company's current ownership.
eCOGRA was founded by Microgaming, 888 and bwin in 2003 and underwent a change in ownership earlier this year in March following a successful management buy-out initiative led by CEO Andrew Beveridge.
