New independent non-executive director boasts strong track record across multiple sectors including gaming

Entain has expanded its board of directors with the appointment of Sheila Bangalore as an independent non-executive director.

Bangalore has over 20 years of experience in the global gaming, hospitality and technology sectors and brings deep expertise in multi-jurisdictional regulation, capital markets and governance. 

She has held executive roles in the gaming sector at Bally Technologies and Aristocrat Technologies, and recently served on the Board of Games Global. 

She is currently a non-executive director of NASDAQ-listed wholesaler and e-commerce provider Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation.

·       Amanda Brown, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee

·       Virginia McDowell, Independent Non-Executive Director and Designated Workforce Director

·       Sheila Bangalore, Independent Non-Executive Director

·       Michael Goldberg, Independent Non-Executive Director

·       Edmond Mesrobian, Independent Non-Executive Director

·       Rahul Welde, Independent Non-Executive Director

Shares in Entain plc (LSE:ENT) were trading 0.67 per cent higher at 537.40 pence per share in London Friday morning.
