As the Thai government prepares to submit the Entertainment Complex bill to parliament, Winna Media has announced the formation of a select Advisory Board for the Thai Entertainment Complex Summit (TECS), 18-20 November 2025, comprising internationally recognised experts in gaming, hospitality, legal frameworks, and resort development.

Steven Wolstenholme, Independent Director, Asian Coast Development and former President & CEO of Hoiana Resort & Golf, Vietnam. Steven offers hands-on leadership experience from multibillion-dollar projects, including Galaxy Macau and Okada Manila.
David Rittvo, Managing Director, Asian Development, The Innovation Group. David’s focus is on new market entry strategies, financial modelling, government relations, and operational optimisation.

Susan Hensel, Co-founder & Partner, Hensel Grad P.C. and former Director of Licensing for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Recognised as one of the “Ten Most Influential Women in gaming”, Susan is also a Past President of the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR).
