Expansion into retail brings excitement of the lottery closer to players in the Emirate
The UAE Lottery has officially opened its first retail shop in Musaffah, an industrial district to the southwest of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
Players aged 18 and above are now able to purchase physical tickets for the Lucky Day draw and Pick 3 games, 18 months after the UAE Lottery began offering online tickets for sale, with its first Lucky Day draw taking place on 14 December 2024.
“The Musaffah retail shop isn’t just a point of sale – it’s a fully branded, welcoming space crafted to reflect the excitement and energy of The UAE Lottery,” said the lottery. “From bold visuals to intuitive layouts, every detail has been considered to make the customer journey smooth and engaging. High-visibility signage and an open, welcoming interior support consistent footfall, while interactive displays and helpful staff ensure each visit is both informative and enjoyable.”
Starting this month, the flagship Lucky Day game has moved from one weekly draw to two draws per week, held every Wednesday and Saturday evening.
