The UK National Lottery’s digital channel generated a record high in sales for the six month period ended September 24th, although this was unable to prevent operator Camelot UK Lotteries from seeing an overall decline in lottery sales.
Total National Lottery sales were down 6 per cent to £3,389.6m, despite digital (interactive and subscription) sales climbing 2 per cent to a record £726.3m. Total returns to Good Causes over the half-year period were £783.4m.
