GINA US soccer betting index tops 500 in June
The GINA soccer betting index topped the 500 mark in June, rising to a record level of 519 since the index was started in January 2024.
Interest in soccer betting in the US has been growing and the index almost hit 200 in March 2026.
The impact of the FIFA World Cup in June meant that June’s figure easily surpassed the previous record.
After the World Cup, the challenge for US sportsbooks will be to maintain customer interest in soccer betting to extend the calendar beyond the traditional US betting sports.
