Central European retail and online gaming operator Fortuna Entertainment Group has agreed to sell a 10 per cent stake in its Fortuna Loterie subsidiary to Czech investment firm E-Invest Group a.s.
Fortuna Loterie currently operates numerical games (Loto, SuperLoto and Zlatých 11), as well as scratch tickets, in the Czech Republic through a partnership with Greek lottery supplier Intralot.
