Swedish online gaming software developer NYX Gaming Group has completed the acquisition of Las Vegas-based free-play social online poker provider Zen Entertainment.
NYX said that the acquisition of Zen expands the company's business into North America, in addition to its existing operations in Europe and Australasia.
