Australian betting giant Tabcorp Holdings has finalised the acquisition of TV wagering service TAB Active from Donaco International, the company which was previously known as Two Way Limited.
Tabcorp has acquired the service for a fee of AU$0.863m (€0.61m) from gaming and hospitality company Donaco International, which was formed following a share sale agreement between Vietnamese hotel and casino operator Donaco Singapore Pte and Australia’s Two Way in August of last year.
